An Inspiring Start

Hi Everyone!

While I was in Phoenix last week I had the pleasure to meet one of our up-and-coming couples in 21TEN. Steven Morales and Sylvia Jimenez are new distributors in 21TEN and they’re off to an inspiring start!

Steve and Sylvia joined both 21TEN and Oxyfresh just weeks ago. Steve is a dentist, so when their sponsors Duncan and Jenny Robertson introduced them to Life Shotz they also became interested in Oxyfresh while on a three-way call with Duncan’s upline Joe Rubino. They saw the amazing opportunity in both companies so they activated their distributorships in both companies.

We don’t recommend activating your accounts in both companies right away unless you are like Steve and have immediate access to multiple target markets.

Inspired by Duncan and Jenny’s leadership they have taken massive action. They talk to everyone they know and host in-home group meetings where they introduce people to the opportunity and their sponsors. They were told to get people in their home and let Duncan do presentations, and they’ve had great success. They were told to get people on the phone for three-way calls with their upline, and they’ve done exactly that.

They have sponsored numerous people, and it’s happening so fast and so often that any number I give you will be out of date by the time you read the blog!

Steve and Sylvia are an inspiration to us all. What they do, everyone can do. They are doing what they are coached to do and playing full out. The results are speaking for themselves.

Events, Events, Events!

Hi Everyone!

I’m sure you have heard it said many times that this is an event-driven business. Attending meetings and events are a must if you want to grow a strong business in 21TEN. When you make a commitment to your success, you are making a commitment to attend events and bringing guests with you.

Friday we held an event in Phoenix that was exceptional! Field leaders, Duncan Robertson, Dr. Joe Rubino and Janine Avila all did an outstanding job presenting the opportunity to the Distributors and guests in the room. Then we interviewed Dr. Joe for our training session and he absolutely rocked the house. Dr. Joe clearly laid out exactly what you must do to be successful in your prospecting and recruiting efforts. It was one of the best trainings I have ever heard.

When titans of this industry show up in a city that is in driving distance from where you live, you should make every effort to attend, bring your downline and guests. I can promise you that everyone who attended the meeting in Phoenix will ever miss an event where Dr. Joe does another training!

Your opportunity to attend other meetings with rockstar trainers and presenters are coming up soon. In January we have two meetings scheduled. Mater Distributor Michael Clouse will be in Phoenix on January 6 and I will be in Denver on January 29. More details are forthcoming on the January events.

These events are here for you! The fastest way to grow your business is to attend these events with your downline and as many guests as you and your downline can get to the meetings. Don’t underestimate the value of these meetings and the speakers who are traveling to do them. We are all committed to your success, so commit to yours by taking advantage of these events! Close Out Your Month Strong

Hey there!

I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving. I know you are excited about your 21TEN business and all the great things that have happened this month. With the taste, packaging and endorsements this is going to be the best month yet for many of you!

To make the most out of this month it is imperative that you close it out strong. What does that mean? It means that you make the most out of the last couple days. You look at your prospecting list and see who is on the verge of joining. Contact them again and get them into the business. Follow up with anyone you have on your list that you’ve not talked to in a couple weeks.

Look at your organization and see where you and your team need new Distributors to advance in rank. Look at your volume to see how much more volume you need to meet any volume requirements. Contact your downline and partner with them to get them to the next rank. Contact your upline and tell them what your goals are and request any assistance that you may need.

I wrote a post on the Message Board in the Back Office a few days ago titled, “Make This Your Best Month Yet!” I suggest you login and read it along with this blog post. You have two days left! Anything is possible if you put your mind to it and take action. These are really exciting days! Don’t be left behind.

Promoting the Phil Jackson Endorsement

Thanksgiving is the perfect time to share all this great news with your family and friends. What better gift than the gift of health can you bring to those you love and care about? Print out the endorsements and have them ready to give to anyone you talk to about Life Shotz. Make sure you have samples and boxes of Life Shotz to sell to those who have an interest in trying it. Always be prepared to share your story and sell a box of Life Shotz.

If you have read Tuesday Update, the Message Board in the back office or tuned into our training call on Thursday, you have heard many great ideas about how to share Life Shotz using the Phil Jackson endorsement. I encourage you to look at Tuesday Update and the Message Board for more information. Here are my suggestions on getting the word out about 21TEN using the Phil Jackson endorsement:

  • Send the endorsement via mail or e-mail to your entire prospect list. This is impressive news that everyone will appreciate. Make an offer in your letter for them to buy a box of Life Shotz from you with a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Whatever you do make sure you have a call to action for them to buy. Don’t just send it without direction for them to purchase from you, contact you or visit your website. Make it a personal note so they don’t feel it is a mass communication. It is worth your time to do this with an endorsement so strong.
  • Think of whom you know that would be especially impressed with this endorsement: coaches, athletes of any age, personal trainers, yoga instructors, body builders, teachers, nutritional coaches, doctors, chiropractors, anyone super health conscious and the list goes on. Again, make an offer and a call to action.

We Really Are Your Company for Life!

Hey 21TENers,

I’m writing from the beautiful Celebrity Solstice, one of the largest cruise ships in the world, and I really wish you were here with us! You’d love it.

When we were choosing a contest prize earlier this year, we wanted something lavish. Something amazing. Something that would create a lifetime of memories. I’m psyched to say that we succeeded.

Some of my favorite features? The lawn on the top deck. The gym and running track. The karaoke! The absolutely amazing food. (Celebrity was recognized for having the best cuisine of any cruise line in the world. Which is good, because there are 13 restaurants on board!) And best of all, all the great 21TENers spending time with Richard, Chris, Melissa, Tom, and me.

We’re in Roatán today, and Richard has hooked us up with one of his connections, and we’re all going snorkeling together! It’s amazing to see how far the Life Shotz family stretches, and this experience is like nothing else.
