From Phoenix to You: We’re Sharing Our Tour Successes

Hey 21TEN’ers!

We just completed the fireside chat tour in Phoenix Wednesday night, and it was amazing to spend time with our fired up Distributors. Many have just joined and others are engaging at a higher level. We expect great things from Phoenix!

Special note: this Saturday Richard will do a special three-hour training for the distributors there. You don’t want to miss it. See the end of this post for details.

Richard was fantastic again! Here are a few tidbits he shared with the group in Phoenix.

  • He talked about the importance of authenticity. It is imperative that you speak and behave in a genuine way. Be upfront with people and tell them what you are doing. Don’t try to hide things from your prospects because they will be able to tell and it makes you feel uncomfortable. Scripts are helpful to a degree, but you have to make them your own. Speak with your voice and be your best self.
  • When asked what was the biggest factor contributing to his success, he said it was personal development. He began a path of personal development when he first joined the industry and has never stopped.

Your organization will grow as you grow. If you want to sponsor really good Distributors, you need to become the best you can be. Start with creating a vision for your life and accomplishments in 21TEN. Internalize it with vivid pictures and emotions in the present tense as if it were happening now.   • When asked what a new Distributor should do, he said just one word: learn. Learn as much as you can about the company, product and industry. Go to the 21TEN website and learn as much as you can. Then go to the RichardBrooke.com website and learn about the industry. In all your learning take action daily. Do the income producing activities that get you off to a fast start. You learn by doing. Reading, listening and watching are valuable, but they never substitute for action. This is a learn-as-you-go business, so make sure you are taking action daily and learning from each experience.

Plant Now, Harvest Later

Richard and I are on an airplane from Lubbock to Phoenix, and we just had great couple days with all the Distributors in Texas. One person drove seven hours, and others flew from Minneapolis just to be there for the event. We had a great opportunity for one-on-one time before our fireside chat with a larger group.

As I listened to Richard in the individual meetings and the fireside chat, I gleaned some words of wisdom that I would like to share with you. Several times he told Distributors who are introducing the product to prospects to include a line that will get the prospect thinking about the business immediately. He said to tell them, “When you find out how incredible this product is for (mention their specific health concern Life Shotz addresses which you learned while talking to them), I’ll show you how you can make $1,000 per month with it.” This plants the seed of the financial opportunity while they are benefiting from Life Shotz. Make sure you follow up with the prospect!

In another meeting, Richard pulled out a newspaper and started showing a Distributor how to find leads in the local paper. The opportunities for meeting new people in your community are endless. There are meetings being announced for special interest groups that you are invited to attend free or at a small price. There are people being recognized for achievements, and you could send a card congratulating them on their success. How many cards like that do you think they will get?  You will definitely be on the right track for building a relationship with that person. Others are advertising for their businesses. If they are in a business that fits with the benefits of Life Shotz, then you have the contact information there to call them and make an introduction. Get your local paper and start scanning it for new business partners.
