Quality. Defined, Delivered.

by Tom Lunneborg on January 11, 2012

Quality: defined as high grade, superiority, and excellence.

We all want it.

When we exchange our money for goods and services, we expect to receive quality. When we go to see a movie we want it to be a quality experience. When we go to work or create things we want quality results and performance.

Let’s look at this picture another way. When do you not care if quality exists? When do you not care if you don’t get quality in exchange for your money? At the grocer? Car dealer? School? Salon? Electronics? Supplements?

The fact is, we all want and expect quality. The challenge is in finding it.

Recently the FDA took action against a couple dietary supplement manufacturers. These companies made over 400 different vitamin and mineral supplements that were sold throughout the U.S.

These companies decided it would be ok to simply substitute ingredients and not declare the changes on the label or on their websites.

That is a blatant breech of the Good Manufacturing Process guidelines. Not only are these unacceptable actions from the dishonest manufacturers, it’s terrible for the customers that trusted them and bought their product.

Last month a different manufacturer was caught adulterating their products with steroids. They did this so their products would be vastly more effective than competitor products. It would hook people and net much better sales. They chose to ignore the potential health issues, let alone lying to their customers who could test positive for steroids.

At Life Shotz, quality is our top manufacturing priority. We must and will always deliver to you the most premium quality products available. You don’t need to just take our word on it either. Take a look at the NSF and BSCG certifications that speak for themselves.

You can see our dedication to quality echoed throughout our marketing, product, and staff.

We are quality.

Steve and Amy Machado Advance!

by Melissa Gulbranson on January 5, 2012

It’s time to go cruising Steve and Amy Machado, because you two just advanced to Master and reserved your seat on the Life Shotz Caribbean Cruise!

Their sponsor, Annette Machado, can’t say enough about how incredibly proud she is of Steve and Amy:

“Steve and Amy are the epitome of people who are ideal Distributors. They have serious plans. They do what it takes. They hold three meetings a week, host dinners, and they’re prospecting all the time. They care about every single person in their group, and help everyone they can, including those not even in their group! Steve and Amy are without a doubt, 100% invested.”

Janine Avila also has much to say about Steve and Amy advancing:

“Every once and awhile, you get to work with a dream couple. That is what it has been like working with Steve and Amy. They are enthusiastic, coachable, smart, funny, credible, appreciative and gutsy. I was told by both of them when they enrolled, they would see how it goes as long as I didn’t ask them to speak in front of a group. Today, they speak in front of the room often and with a powerful grace.”

With dedication like this, it’s no wonder Steve and Amy are achieving so much success. From day one, they have been serious about Life Shotz, and they make it fun and inspirational while achieving their goals.

“They are Masters, in the true sense of the word,” says Janine. “They have spent a year, working, reading, studying and growing. They have given and grown and prospered and it is a joy to watch them grow. I cannot wait to see what 2012 brings as Steve & Amy move through Master and beyond.”

So Steve and Amy, from your entire Life Shotz family; Congratulations! We couldn’t be more proud of the both of you. You are on the path to greatness, and it shows!

So, who’s next? Let’s pack that cruise ship with our Life Shotz family!

Cheers,
Melissa

Rick Stambaugh Appointed to Vice President of Sales

by Richard Brooke on December 5, 2011

On Saturday’s Special National Call, Janine introduced the newest member of 21TEN, Rick Stambaugh. I know I can speak for the entire 21TEN community when I say that we’re excited about the skills Rick brings to the team, and we look forward to nothing but continued growth with Rick as our Vice President of Sales.

Rick’s list of accomplishments and qualifications is long:

  • Began his Direct Selling career in 1983
  • Started full time as a Distributor selling cookware successfully until 1986 when he then joined The West Bend Company
  • Worked corporately at West Bend Company for 11 years in various capacities of sales and business development both domestically and internationally
  • Sought after by Herbalife International and accepted the position of Director of Corporate Marketing/Home Tech
  • At Herbalife he was responsible for Corporate Marketing of Herbalife’s products in the USA, Latin America, and for the Home Tech Division Globally
  • Starting in 2001, was President/CEO and minority owner of Fionda Group, LLC. A recognized leader in software solutions, communication, and benefit programs that help Direct Selling companies and their representatives realize their full potential
  • Fionda Group, LLC. originally started out providing telecommunication services, but through Rick’s vision and direction, the Fionda Group of Companies successfully transitioned from being a telecom centric company to emerging as one of the most respected companies not only in the software field, but also in the Direct Selling industry
  • Through his guidance Fionda received numerous awards and honors, including being named to INC, 500 Fastest-Growing Companies in the U.S.
  • In May 2011, he founded TekVation, LLC, a technology company specializing in custom designed software specifically for Direct Selling companies and industry
  • He is a past member of the Young Presidents Organization and sits on the board of directors for FallenWarriors.org and just recently finished his board term with the DSA.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

As an incredible field trainer, Rick will motivate and inspire 21TEN Distributors and field leaders to take action and to achieve financial freedom, and we expect to learn quite a bit at corporate, too.

Best of all, Rick began his career all those years ago as a Distributor, so he understands the nitty-gritty of the sales process. He’s had the same feelings, thoughts, and worries that we’ve all had, and he’s experienced the same elation, the same sense of accomplishment, and the same satisfaction.

He’ll have the support of the entire 21TEN team as he reaches for those goals, and we’re already looking forward to the bright, bright future.

Rick has been married 28 years to his high school sweetheart, Tina, and they have a daughter and a son.  They moved to beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, from California where they had lived for 13 years.

In Partnership,
Richard Bliss Brooke
