I suppose you want a more long winded answer. The honest truth is yes. You and everyone you know should be supplementing with vitamins and minerals daily. If you aren’t, you are setting yourself up for failure. A failure that could prove to be very costly physically and financially.
Our food sources are not what they used to be a century ago. Every year that goes by we deplete our soils of the very minerals we need. This means that the fresh fruits and vegetables most of you are not consuming daily are deficient. We also deplete our own bodies of these key nutrients by the use of common medications, alcohol and consistently following a poor diet.
